After years of extensive travel in my previous job, I yearned to become a business owner again. I stumbled upon an episode of “Wheeler Dealers,” and it clicked—I realized that I would truly enjoy the work of wheel repair and take pride in delivering quality results.

What were your greatest concerns before you became a franchisee?
I was apprehensive about entering a market dominated by a well-established wheel repair company. It was a daunting challenge to consider competing against them.

What have you learned since?
I’ve learned the importance of understanding what potential customers value. It’s all about guiding them to a confident “Yes” when they choose our services.

Knowing what you know now, would you make the same decision again? Why?
Absolutely, yes! I feel a deep sense of fulfillment watching our partnerships with dealerships and body shops flourish as we consistently meet and exceed our commitments to them.

What does it take to win as a franchisee?
Winning as a franchisee requires building a dedicated team of technicians who share our vision and are eager to meet high expectations. I’ve been immensely supported by the team at AWRS corporate offices and my fellow franchisees throughout this journey.

What does the future hold for you and Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists?
I plan to remain an active member of the franchise network until I retire. Currently, I have three mobile units running our business, and I anticipate continuing this successful model for years to come.
