What is a typical day for an
owner/operator or technician?Show up at a large auto dealer or auto body shop
Client tells you what cars you will be working on that day. Larger clients will give you 4-10 tires per day and will request that you come one day per week on a predictable schedule.Typical work requests
- Sand off the “road rash” and imperfections;
- Paint the wheel or rim, and color match to the rest of the wheel;
- Place the tire back on the wheel or rim;
- Put the wheel back on the tire; and
- Repair the next tire.

A typical repair takes 45-60 minutes per tire to complete and generates $130-150 per tire.What is
My Territory?Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists is a local business. We would like you to start by opening a territory near where you live.
Territories are defined by one or multiple counties, and the total population within each county of your defined market. You will be offered a large, protected territory with protected accounts, typically encompassing the following based on market size and total population:
- Standard Level Mobile Franchise: up to 500,000 total population
- Medium Market Mobile Franchise: between 500,001 - 1,000,000 total population
- Large Market Mobile Franchise: over 1,000,000 total population
If you qualify, Standard Level franchisees can also invest in up to two additional territories starting at 200,000 population each.
Hours of Operation
Typical hours of operation are 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday.Training
and SupportTraining includes both technical training for repairing wheels and rims and business management.
Initial Training
There is a total of 13 days of classroom and on the job training broken out as follows:
- 8 Days of Technical/Service Training;
- 4 Days of Live/Field Training; and
- 1 Day Classroom-Style Training/Marketing Instruction

As a market leader, learning is not a two-week event. It’s a core value and an ongoing process. As specialists, franchisees need to stay ahead of competition. Ongoing training and support includes the following and more:- Designated corporate support person for franchisees to contact;

- National Franchise Council (a team of franchisees who meets with our leadership to voice the concerns and needs of franchisees);
